Born in Vyatskie Polyany, Kirov Region, in 1943.

Between 1954 and 1961 attended Moscow’s secondary art school under the USSR Academy of Arts.

In 1961-1966 attended the Moscow Higher (former Stroganov) School of Industrial Design.

In 1966-1969 studied at the Moscow Institute of Graphic Arts and Publishing, majoring in graphic arts.

Since 1968 Yulikov has been exhibiting his works.

In 1969 joined the Graphic Artists City Committee.

Does paintings, graphic works and book design.

Lives in Moscow.
